QUALIFICATION: Wherever Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) / Overall Grade Point Average (OGPA) or Letter Grade in a Degree is awarded;its equivalent percentage of marks must be indicated in the application form as per norms adopted by University / Institute.
AGE AS ON 01.08.2012:-
Not exceeding 25 years in case of Engineering Graduates and candidates applying for Human Resources, Human Resource Development, Corporate Communication, dministration, and Finance disciplines.
Not exceeding 27 years :
A. In case of Engineering Post Graduates in respective Discipline. (Provided Degree awarded)
B. In case of candidates applying for Mechanical (Boiler Operations) and Safety discipline.
Salary/stipend
Selected candidates will be undergoing training for one year and will be offered a lumpsum stipend of Rs.23, 000/- per month. Free lodging and boarding facility will also be provided at Company’s Hostel if posted in Trombay / Thal unit. Candidates not availing this facility shall be paid Rs.1000/- p.m. as Transportation Allowance.
After successful completion of training they will be absorbed in the scale of pay of Rs.16400-40500 (revised). Total monthly gross emoluments at the minimum of the Basic Pay, DA and other allowances works out to around Rs. 34000/-. Other benefits as per company rules

SERVICE BOND:- Selected candidates will have to execute a bond of Rs.75, 000/- to complete the training and to serve the Company for a minimum period of three years after completion of training.
