ENGAGEMENT ON CONTRACT BASIS - ERTS-I
Field Engineers-Civil
Vacancies: 7
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Bsc. (Engg.)/AMIE in Civil discipline with minimum 55% marks from recognized University / Institute
Age: upto 29 years
experience: One year Post Qualification Experience in design, engineering of 132 kV & above substations/ Transmission lines/civil works, adequate experience of construction, Testing and commissioning activites activities of HVAC transmission system. Experience in PSU/Listed Company particularly in power sector shall be preferred.

Field Supervisors-Civil
Vacancies: 24
Qualification:Diploma Engineering in Civil Discipline from recognized technical Board/ Institute with minimum 55% marks.
Age: upto 29 years
experience: One year Post Qualification Experience of construction, testing and commissioning activities of 132 kV & above HVAC transmission system. Experience in PSU/Listed Company particularly in power sector shall be preferred.

Field Supervisors-Electrical
Vacancies: 22
Qualification:Diploma Engineering in Electrical Discipline from recognized technical Board/ Institute with minimum 55% marks.
Age: upto 29 years
experience: One year Post Qualification Experience of construction, testing and commissioning activities of 132 kV & above HVAC transmission system. Experience in PSU/Listed Company particularly in power sector shall be preferred.
Application Fee : Rs. 100/-
Application Fee is to be paid in form of A/C Payee Demand Draft in favour of “POWER GRID CORPORATION OF INDIA LTD.” Payable at PATNA (preferably drawn on State Bank of India).
Pay scale
Contract personnel will be paid consolidated monthly remuneration as under:
Post #### 1st Year #### 2nd Year
Field Engineer #### Rs. 30,000/- #### Rs. 33,000/-
Field Supervisor #### Rs. 23,000/- #### Rs. 25,500/-
SELECTION PROCESS
The selection process shall consist of Screening test and Personal Interview.
The Screening test shall be of Objective Type (Each question having four multiple choice answer options) of one hour duration consisting of two parts. The Screening Test shall be held at RANCHI (JHARKHAND).
Those candidates who qualify in the screening test will only be considered for shortlisting for interviewas per criteria decided by the management.
