Requirements
• Should be able to manage a application/module independently
• Should independently manage requirement gathering
• Should be able to translate requirements into design and resolve technical issues and should be able to translate integration points into most efficient design
• Should have worked on open source technologies including Spring/ Hibernate/Struts• Extensive experience in Java/J2EE
• Ensure timely development of the assigned work
• Should be able mentor and guide team technically..
