Description: A newly established company seeks a Mechanical Engineer with 3-5 years experience (a minimum of 3 years experience) in the field of Plumping, Electrical works, Air conditioning, etc,,,

The candidate will work alongside the founders in setting the strategy for the business, help in the recruiting process (Technicians), set the KPIs for the teams on the ground, help in setting the targets and make sure they are achieved , insure clients satisfaction, will be involved in preparing the marketing materials and on deciding on the proper systems to be used.
